Crankcase Vent Viton O-ring Reseal Kit for all 7.3L Power Stroke Diesels

Complete set of o-rings to service and reseal the crankcase vent (CCV) on all 7.3L Power Stroke diesels. Includes (2) o-rings that seal the base of the CCV to the passenger side valve cover and (2) o-rings that seal the bolts to the CCV. Mounting bolts are also available, which feature an Allen head design that is more resilient to stripping than the factory Phillips headed hardware. 

The crankcase vent is commonly referred to as the "doghouse" and is mounted to the passenger side valve cover. It vents fuel and exhaust gases that enter the crankcase due to blowby back into the air intake path to reduce fuel dilution and oil contamination. When the o-rings fail, oil will leak onto the valve covers and other areas near the doghouse.

O-rings and mounting bolts sold separately or together as a set - please make the appropriate selection above before adding to cart.
