Shipping policy

All in-stock products are in our possession and ready to ship; we do not participate in drop shipping. Most orders received before 2:00 PM Pacific Standard Time will be processed and shipped the same day. This policy is subject to payment processing times, orders will not be processed until the payment has cleared. Purchases made after 2:00 PM PST or on weekends, holidays, or during office closures will be processed and shipped on the following business day.

Tracking numbers are automatically provided via the email address provided during checkout as soon as the shipping label is created. At current, we offer shipping services through the United States Postal Service (USPS) and United Parcel Service (UPS). These shipping services are provided at actual cost with NO handling fees. In the rare event you are overcharged for a shipping service, we will make the appropriate adjustment at time of processing and refund you the difference.

Delivery times may vary considerably depending on a number of factors, including the delivery location. Inclement weather conditions, seasonal/logistical congestion, and/or natural disasters at or in the path of the delivery location may cause delays. Transit times provided during checkout are estimates only and generally correlate to an estimated delivery date under ideal conditions; these delivery dates are provided by the carrier and are not guaranteed.

The satisfaction of our customers is our top priority and we will ensure that you receive your order. However, we cannot be held responsible for delivery delays that are beyond our control. If you believe your package may be lost or has been in transit for an excessive period of time, please contact us so that we may inquire about its status to the appropriate carrier.   

Due to service interruptions and the revocation of delivery time guarantees, we have suspended all express and expedited delivery options (overnight, one day, etc) until further notice.
