O-ring set and essential parts for resealing the fuel bowl on 1994 to 1997 model year 7.3L Power Stroke engines.

For 1994 and 1995 model year vehicles, the kit includes (10) o-rings, bypass hose with clamps, thread sealant, and updated machine screws for the drain valve assembly. 

For 1996 and 1997 model year vehicles, the kit includes (12) o-rings, a snap ring for the bypass adapter plate, thread sealant, and updated machine screws for the drain valve assembly. 

An o-ring application guide and link to downloadable instructions is also included with both product variations.

Please select the appropriate application above before adding to cart. The 1994/1995 and 1996/1997 fuel bowls are different and the o-ring sets are not interchangeable. If your fuel bowl has a soft hose that connects between the fuel pressure regulator and the filter housing, it is a 1994/1995 style. If your fuel bowl has a rigid line that connects between the fuel pressure regulator and the filter housing, it is a 1996/1997 style.

O-ring sets are non-returnable once the sealed o-ring package has been opened.
