7.3 Power Stroke Fuel Bowl & Fuel Pump Hoses

1994 - 1997 7.3 Power Stroke Fuel Filter Housing & Fuel Pump Hose Kit

Note – The blue hose is being phased out and we’re transitioning to black hoses. The product is the same OEM hose, but black in color. During the transition, you may receive a mixture of blue and black hoses.

Our hose kit includes every hose necessary to install the fuel bowl on any 1994 to 1997 7.3 liter Power Stroke diesel. Each hose is individually packaged and the position has been labeled for convenience and ease of installation. The included hoses are as follows:

• Fuel pressure regulator to fuel tank return line hose. 5/16" ID hose, approximately 1.50 inches long. Includes (2) fuel injection-type hose clamps for installation. Replaces Motorcraft KFL-33.
• Passenger side top fuel pump port to the fuel filter housing. 3/8" ID hose, approximately 3.25 inches long. Includes (2) fuel injection-type hose clamps for installation. Replaces Motorcraft KFL-34.
• Driver side top fuel pump port to the fuel tank hard-line. 3/8" ID hose, approximately 2.12 inches long. Includes (2) fuel injection-type hose clamps for installation. Replaces Motorcraft KFL-35.
• Fuel pump lower port to the fuel filter housing. 3/8" ID hose, approximately 2.12 inches long. Includes (2) fuel injection-type hose clamps for installation. Replaces Motorcraft KFL-35.
• Fuel bowl drain valve to hardline. 5/16" ID hose, approximately 4.25 inches long. Installs without clamps. Replaces Motorcraft KFL-32.

We highly recommend replacing these hoses as a set when the fuel filter housing is removed for service or a leak is detected. All hoses are identical to the OEM Ford hose and include updated clamps that provide a superior seal.

INSTALLATION NOTES

All fuel filter housing hoses are significantly easier to install with the fuel filter housing mounting bolts loosened or removed; hose fitment is generally tight.
