1994 - 1997 7.3L Power Stroke Fuel Filter Housing & Fuel Pump Hoses

DP-163301 : Connects fuel pressure regulator to the fuel tank return line. The fuel pressure regulator is located on the driver side of the fuel filter housing. Black hose measuring approximately 1.50 inches. Includes (2) hose clamps, replaces Motorcraft part number KFL-33.

DP-163401 : Connects the passenger side top fuel pump port to the fuel filter housing. Blue hose measuring approximately 3.25 inches. Includes (2) hose clamps, replaces Motorcraft part number KFL-34.

DP-163502 : Connects the driver side top fuel pump port to the fuel tank hard-line and the fuel pump lower port to the fuel filter housing. Sold as a set of (2) hoses with (4) hose clamps. Blue hose measuring approximately 2.12 inches, replaces Motorcraft part number KFL-35.

DP-163601 : Bypass hose, connects fuel pressure regulator to the bottom of the fuel filter housing on 1994 and 1995 model year engines; not used on later style filter housings. Includes (2) hose clamps. Blue hose measuring approximately 6.50 inches, replaces Ford part number F5TZ-9C024-A.

DP-1637K : Hose kit; includes every hose required to install the fuel filter housing on 1994 to 1997 model year F-Series and E-Series vehicles. Kit includes DP-163301, DP-163401, DP-163502. Bypass hose for 1994/1995 model year engines is not included and sold separately.

We highly recommend replacing these hoses anytime the fuel filter housing is removed for service or a leak is detected. All listed products are identical to the OEM Ford hoses.

DP-163601 (bypass hose) is applicable for 1994.5 - 1995 Ford F-Series and E-Series only; not used on later style fuel filter housings.

INSTALLATION NOTES

All fuel filter housing hoses are significantly easier to install with the fuel filter housing mounting bolts loosened; hose fitment is generally tight. Some hoses may require trimming in certain applications due to different fuel filter housing styles - use a sharp razor knife for best results.

Unless you're replacing a single leaking hose, we recommend purchasing the listed hose kit and replacing all the fuel pump/fuel filter housing hoses at the same time.
