Fuel Pressure Test Fitting for 6.0 Power Stroke Engines

Installs at the engine mounted fuel filter housing to allow fuel pressure test equipment to be installed. Fitting is a common Shrader type, 1/4 inch flare that connects to a wide range of test gauges. This test fitting can be temporarily or permanently installed.

Fitting comes assembled to the appropriate adapter and ready to install. 1/4 inch flare is the modern standard for fuel system test equipment and thus this fitting is compatible with most common gauge setups.

INSTALLATION NOTES

Remove the plug from the lower portion of the fuel bowl. Lightly coat the o-ring on the test fitting adapter with clean motor oil then install snug; do not overtighten. Disconnecting the fan clutch connector at the shroud and temporarily repositioning it improves access to the bottom of the filter housing.
