KDP Tab & Install Kit for 1994 - 1998 5.9L Cummins Turbodiesel

Permanently resolve your "Killer Dowel Pin" related concerns with our KDP tab installation kit. Stamped from high grade stainless steel, the KDP tab prevents the front cover alignment dowel pin from vibrating loose and dancing down the gear train assembly. If and when the dowel pin becomes sandwiched between the timing gears, severe and often catastrophic damage occurs. This kit is available in two variations - one using RTV silicon to seal the front cover (no gasket required) and the other including a new front cover gasket. Both kits include:
