Clutch Pedal Swing Arm (Lever) for 1987-1997 Ford F-Series
The clutch pedal "swing arm" is a linkage that ultimately connects the clutch pedal to the clutch master cylinder pushrod in 1987 to 1997 Ford F-Series trucks equipped with a manual transmission. This component is susceptible to wear if there is a failure of the pushrod bushing, a common occurrence on F-150, F-250, F-350, and F-Super Duty for these model years. When the pin on the swing arm wears, the only course of action is to replace it.
It is recommended that the swing arm is replaced when installing our Heim Joint Mod, which will permanently solve all problems associated with clutch master cylinder pushrod bushing failures.
