Basic Turbocharger Install Kit

This is a basic turbocharger installation kit for 1994.5 to 1997 model year 7.3 liter Power Stroke engines. The kit contains the bare-minimum assortment of parts that must or should be replaced anytime a turbocharger is installed on one of these engines. This will not fit the later 1998 and newer turbochargers, see instead: 1998 - 2003 turbo install kit.

Included Items

• Turbine inlet flange gasket (genuine International 1822120C1)
• (2) turbine flange bolts, (2) turbine flange nuts
• (3) 12 point flange bolts for the exhaust backpressure valve assembly
• (4) o-rings that seal the pedestal to the engine block and the pedestal to the turbo housing
• (1) compressor outlet o-ring, seals compressor outlet to the intake "Y" adapter
