Basic Turbocharger Install Kit

This is a basic turbo installation kit for 1998 to 2003 model year 7.3 liter Power Stroke engines. It is the bare-minimum assortment of parts that must or should be replaced anytime a turbocharger is installed on one of these engines. This will not fit the earlier 1994.5 to 1997 turbochargers, see instead: 1994.5 - 1997 turbo install kit.

Please use the drop-down menu above to specify if the engine is an early 1999. The early 1999 (includes 1998 E-Series) turbocharger has a compressor outlet with an inside diameter of approximately 2 inches. The late 1999 and newer turbochargers have a compressor outlet that is approximately 2-5/8 inches inside diameter.

Included Items

• (2) flange bolts that connect the turbo housing to the pedestal
• (4) o-rings that seal the pedestal to the engine block and the turbo housing to the pedestal
• (1) compressor outlet o-ring, seals the compressor outlet to the spider "Y" intake adapter
